This was my first time visiting Big Brand Tires in Katy, TX, the customer service I received was outstanding!! James (Store Mgr.) was very helpful, shared what needed to be repaired, and what was good about my Fiat..its 10 years old! They have a customer for life! The fact that he shared TX Pecan coffee with me, really put me over the top!! Thank you, James!!
