Big Brand has amazing customer service. I felt at ease during a rainy day flat tire incident on the side of the 80. I called to see if they had my tire. They reassured me that they did but they also said that if they can fix the tire I had they would. Super helpful and friendly on the phone. When I finally got towed to their location, I was greeted by my name. It took less than an hour to fix my tire. I didn’t need a new one which I was grateful for. Sam, Kirk, and Matthew made me feel welcome and safe. I was coming from Reno and going to Oakland. I ended up missing my apt in Oakland. But the stop at Big Brand Tire kept my mind at ease knowing I could get home safely back to Reno on the rainy day. Thanks guys! Recommend this place to everyone!

Super professional group of guys that work there. The tractor supply store recommended me to them dealing with the tires and rims off my riding mower that no other tire company would touch. They got it done without breaking the bank. I will definitely go up and do business with them again.
