Big Brand Tire & Service Monroe, NC: Tire Shop & Auto Repair

Fast efficient great job!! I'll be back

I had to get a tire repair and wasn’t sure where to go because I am new to the area. From the phone call to the service provided it was an excellent welcome to the area, no charge for a tire repair, never had that experience before. Thanks to Jeff, Landen and Kyler

Good selection of tires, polite, staff, quick service. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the best places I've been to get my car worked on i highly recommend big brand tire &service

I had the best experience- called the same day and Carlos got my brakes changed, was in and out within an hour, and price was FAIR!! Can’t ask for more!

I use Big Brand exclusively for my business, Snappy Dumpster Rental. We are hard on tires and go through a lot of them every year. Big Brand is the only shop in town I trust. They are fair, honest, great with communication and are an absolute pleasure to work with. I also use them for my personal vehicles. Whether you need a tire pressure sensor fixed, a tire patch, or a full set, Big Brand is definitely the place to go. They also do oil changes, alignments, and other standard maintenance. Not just the best tire shop in town, it is honestly one of the best run businesses in town overall. In an age where everything is becoming more expensive, more frustrating and less personal, Big Brand brings an old-school customer-first approach.

I've been coming here for years. They are under new ownership but Jeff is still around, bringing world-class customer service. The difference between Big Brand and everybody else in town is night and day. I always leave feeling well taken care of and in a better mood than when I arrived.

Got me in and out. Fairly priced.

Absolutely — here’s a more enthusiastic version that still sounds genuine: Carlos was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, he knew exactly what we needed and had a great eye for what would look best on our truck. He delivered everything he promised and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable and professional, he was genuinely a great guy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would HIGHLY recommend Carlos to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about doing a great job!
