Got a flat tire and it was too close to the edge, but they helped get me back on the road during a 15+ hour road trip. Did balance, alignment, two new tires. Amazing service and very friendly!

Purchased tires on Amazon. Also purchased tire installation on Amazon and chose Big Brand Tire & Service in Reno, NV for the install. Tires delivered to BBT&S on a Tuesday and scheduled the install for Thursday morning, 2 days later. I worked as a VW mechanic for a number of years and observed the entire installation procedure. The mechanics who performed the install were professionals - from the mounting/balancing to the use of an actual torque wrench to tighten the lug bolts. Believe it or not, some garages will just use an impact driver and call it good. I also appreciated their performing a complete diagnostic of the suspension and providing me with a printout of the actual specs. They also gave me an estimate of the charges to perform each of the recommended services. Should I decide to have these issues resolved, I will surely return to BBT&S to get those repairs. Thanks to all at the garage and wish you continued success in the future.
